Refund and Return Policy

We at Rove Kids Wear are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges and returns under the following conditions:

1. Damaged Goods: If you receive damaged goods, please contact us immediately at 9813636113. We will arrange for the damaged item to be picked up and a replacement sent to you at no additional cost.

2. Size Does Not Fit: If the size of the item you ordered does not fit, you may exchange it for a different size. Please initiate the exchange within 2 days of receiving the item. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

3. Exchange and Return Procedure: To initiate an exchange or return, please contact us at 9813636113 within 2 days of delivery. We will guide you through the process and arrange for the item to be picked up from your location.

4. Exchange and Return Charges:

• For customers within Kathmandu Valley, there is no charge for exchange or return of goods.
• For customers outside Kathmandu Valley, there is no charge for exchange. However, in case of a return, the shipping cost must be borne by the customer. The amount will be refunded after we receive the goods in proper condition.

5. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund within 2 days. The refund will be made as per your convenience.
